The role emphasizes risk analytics, demand and capacity planning, resource management, and tool implementation to optimize project delivery and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• MBA (or equivalent advanced business degree) is required; undergraduate degree in Engineering, Business, or a highly quantitative field is also acceptable.
• 1–2 years of pre-MBA experience in a quantitative/analytical role (engineering, consulting, data analysis or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Advance operational framework to scale engineering teams with data-driven insights.
• Develop risk analytics frameworks to identify and mitigate operational, financial, and schedule risks.
• Create and maintain operational workflows, using predictive analytics to foresee failures or gaps.
• Monitor key metrics and translate trends into actionable improvements.
• Identify and drive bottleneck resolution to improve throughput and deliverables.
• Lead process improvements, requirements gathering, training, and rollout with stakeholders.
