Job summary

Eaton, a global power management company, seeks an Opex Lean Engineer to drive productivity through Lean and Continuous Improvement initiatives across the ES AMER PCS division. You will facilitate Lean trainings, run VSM events, and lead Kaizen programs to boost plant efficiency and quality.

Responsibilities include consolidating OEE data, supporting Obeya/Command Center systems, and mentoring staff in Lean maturity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
• English: conversational advanced
• At least three years experience in Continuous Improvement and Lean tools
• Project Management
• Lean Tools Knowledge

Responsibilities

• Identify and implement productivity improvements via Lean and CI
• Lead Lean tool trainings
• Execute VSM events for plant processes
• Develop Lean Kaizen events and support implementation
• Consolidate OEE and provide process improvements
• Coordinate or perform Operational Outstanding events
• Back up supervisor for Tool Room
• Train personnel and support maturity assessments
