Job summary

GE Vernova seeks an Enabling Functions KPO Leader to own operational excellence across Finance, HR, DT, and Legal within the Power segment. You will champion lean methods, coach leaders, and drive cross-functional kaizen initiatives to improve efficiency and stakeholder satisfaction.

The role partners with value streams to deploy standardized Lean Operating Method and promote continuous improvement across the organization, while leveraging automation and AI for scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years in Operations/Center of Excellence/ SG&A with Lean toolkit.
• Strong knowledge of lean fundamentals and operating method.
• English fluency.
• Willingness to travel 20–40%.

Responsibilities

• Lead the lean operating strategy for Power enabling functions (Finance, HR, DT, Legal).
• Partner across Value streams and stakeholders to deploy Kaizen Promotion Office standards.
• Own Lean Operating Method deployment by assessing baselines and coaching leaders.
• Strengthen monthly operating rhythms, KPI reviews, and structured problem solving.
• Define and deploy kaizen standards for scoping, planning, and sustainment.
• Deliver productivity via value stream roadmaps and waste reduction.
• Champion automation and AI to improve execution and scale practices.
• Build an inclusive continuous improvement culture aligned to GE Vernova Way.
