GE Vernova is seeking a Finance Leader for the Power segment who will partner with the Power CFO & FP&A leadership. You will drive investor relations processes, champion next-generation reporting systems like LBR and Workday, and translate complex financial data into actionable insights.

The role emphasizes controllership, professional development, and leading high-impact finance projects across the global organization. Remote position with a focus on strategic transformation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
• Minimum of 7 years of finance experience with increasing responsibility
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and programs

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Power segment contact for Investor Relations and lead Q&A preparation with alignment to data & strategy.
• Digitize and automate processes to improve data integrity and speed; provide CFO analytics and strategic ad-hoc insights.
• Lead monthly commentary synthesis, close cycles, budgeting & strategy support, and financial modelling updates.
• Oversee Ledger Base Reporting, Workday updates, and organizational hierarchy transitions; drive adoption of new reporting standards.
• Drive digital and process transformation across the global finance organization with change management.
• Maintain high standards of controllership and compliance with GE Vernova policies and internal controls.
• Coach and develop a high-performing finance team and lead cross-functional initiatives.
