Job summary

GE Vernova is seeking a capable supervisor to lead a production unit, ensuring safety, quality, and timely output of GE circuit breaker products. The role focuses on driving productivity, cost controls, and an engaged team culture across shifts.

Responsibilities include leading start-of-shift meetings, coaching staff on continuous improvement, and coordinating with other departments to meet delivery goals while maintaining compliance with safety and environmental policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or comparable discipline with 3+ years of industrial manufacturing experience, or a high school diploma/GED with 5+ years in manufacturing.
• Minimum of 2 years of proven supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage the assigned area to meet safety, quality, production, cost control and continuous improvement objectives.
• Lead a high-quality start-of-shift production meeting and discuss issues from the previous shift.
• Coach employees on continuous improvement and oversee training including safety and lean initiatives.
• Ensure on-time completion of products and collaborate with other departments to meet delivery goals.
• Maintain organized work areas, document processes, and implement corrective actions.
