Job summary

GE Vernova seeks a Finance Leader for its Power segment to act as a strategic partner to the Power CFO and FP&A leadership. You will liaison Investor Relations processes and drive adoption of next-generation reporting systems, aligning data with strategic goals.

The role emphasizes transformation-minded leadership, rigorous controllership, and professional development across the extended finance team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college.
• Minimum of 7 years of finance experience of increasing responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Investor Relations & Strategic Analytics: primary Power segment contact for Investor Relations; lead Q&A prep and digitize processes to improve data integrity.
• FP&A Operations & Segment Planning & Reporting: lead monthly commentary, ELT coordination, budgeting and close cycles.
• Strategic Transformation & Project Leadership: manage Ledger Base Reporting, hierarchy transitions, Workday/Tier updates.
• Change Management & Digital Adoption: drive adoption of new tools and management of deployment lifecycles.
• Controllership & Compliance: uphold GE Vernova policies and internal controls.
• Leadership, Mentoring, & Problem-Solving: coach and develop a high-performing finance team.
• Ad Hoc CFO Analyst Support: lead initiatives including risk management and pricing steering.
