Job summary

Eden Capital Careers is seeking an Operations Manager for a Freehold, NJ site. Lead a fast paced manufacturing floor, champion Lean and Six Sigma, and drive continuous improvement with a safety-first culture. The role reports to site leadership and oversees a multi-shift operation.

Ideal candidates will have 7+ years in manufacturing leadership, experience in FDA-regulated environments, and a proven track record in cost control, people development and cross‑functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, ideally in a technical field.
• At least seven years of similar operations manufacturing management experience.
• Experience overseeing production in pharmaceutical, personal care, food or beverage manufacturing environments.
• FDA regulated environments.
• Experience leading direct and indirect reports with at least 100 total reports.
• Root cause analysis and corrective action experience.
• Experience overseeing 24/7 operations.
• Six Sigma Green Belt Certification preferred.
• Budget management.
• ERP experience.
• Microsoft Office skills, including Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Directs 24/7 manufacturing operations to meet targets for safety, quality, throughput, reliability and cost.
• Designs and deploys Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement strategies.
• Leads hiring, onboarding and development of site teams; drives performance management.
• Partners with maintenance, engineering, quality, planning and logistics on site objectives.
• Manages budgets, labor planning and operating expenses; recommends capital investments.
