Job summary

Dover Food Retail is seeking a hands-on Manufacturing Team Leader to drive safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets on the production floor. You will lead daily huddle meetings, implement Kaizen events, and ensure standard work and Visual Boards are maintained for continuous improvement across the line.

Ideal candidates have strong Lean manufacturing experience, PDCA problem solving, and proven leadership in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Leads manufacturing teams with focus on Safety-Quality-Delivery-Cost (SQDC).
• Uses PDCA to solve problems and improve processes.
• Drives continuous improvement and built-in quality on the line.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct manufacturing teams and ensure SQDC priorities.
• Conduct daily huddles to review area performance.
• Drive continuous improvement and standard work across the line.
• Coordinate cross-functional training and maintain 6S on shift.
• Support on-time delivery to customers and internal teams via Kaizen.
• Maintain and update visual boards and performance metrics.
