Job summary

Silfex Inc., A Lam Research Company in Ohio is seeking a Lean/CI specialist to drive change, map value streams, and lead improvement projects across office and shop floor. You will support data collection, training, and Kaizen events to reduce waste and improve profitability, safety, and quality.

You will influence across levels, document roadblocks, and promote Theory of Constraints while applying 5S and standard work concepts.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience; or 3 years with a Master’s degree.
Strong verbal and written communication; ability to influence without authority.
Experience in Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

Supports Lean/CI change management through value stream mapping and lean events.
Supports data collection and analysis to improve waste reduction, profitability, quality, and safety.
Co-facilitates or leads Kaizen events and CI projects.
Documents roadblocks for escalation and trains Lean Core Criteria.
Promotes Theory of Constraints and Lean concepts; contributes to standard work and time observation sheets.
