Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field; or a Master’s degree with relevant experience.
• Proven experience leading continuous improvement, operational excellence, or industrial engineering in manufacturing.
• Ability to influence stakeholders across a matrixed organization without direct reporting authority.

Responsibilities

• Partner with manufacturing and business leaders to develop annual improvement plans.
• Lead cross-functional Lean, CI, and Industrial Engineering initiatives.
• Deploy Lean, Daily Management, and Change Management practices across all levels.
• Collect, validate, analyze, and report operational data to meet performance goals.
• Promote safe, productive, and cost-effective processes across the plant.
