Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct value stream mapping and Lean events to identify improvement opportunities.
• Lead and co-facilitate Kaizen events and CI projects across departments.
• Provide training on core Lean tools and track progress with metrics.
• Escalate roadblocks and partner with leadership to implement solutions.
