Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years leading continuous improvement or industrial engineering initiatives in manufacturing.
• Ability to influence stakeholders across a matrixed organization without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Identify and lead waste elimination and process improvements across Manufacturing and Business Operations.
• Apply Lean, Continuous Improvement, and Industrial Engineering methods to optimize processes.
• Collect, validate, analyze, and report operational data to drive performance improvements.
• Support CIP initiatives including labor efficiency, material utilization, and throughput optimization.
• Act as a change agent to drive adoption of new processes and standards.
