Silfex Inc., A Lam Research Company, is seeking a results-driven Lean/CI professional to lead change initiatives across office and shop floor. You will map value streams, run Kaizen events, and coach teams on 5S, Standard Work, and constraint management to reduce waste and improve quality.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of relevant experience (or 3 years with a Master’s) and a degree in Engineering or Business Management; Lean / Lean Six Sigma certification is preferred.

Competenze

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 3 years with a Master’s degree.
• Experience in driving lean transformation, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong verbal and written communication, with ability to train and coach teams.

Mansioni

• Supports Lean/CI change management across office and shop floor.
• Facilitates Kaizen events, CI projects, and 5S/leadership standard work.
• Develops and promotes Value Stream Mapping and problem-solving methods.
• Coaches cross-functional employees on Core Criteria, 8 wastes, and visual management.
• Supports data collection and analysis to meet performance objectives (waste reduction, profitability, quality, safety).
