Job summary

Brodie Rec. League is seeking a League Manager to run a Brodie location end to end, lead a floor crew on game nights, and manage payroll, scheduling, league health, captain communication, and outreach to keep the gym full.

You will report to a District Manager and collaborate with a City Launcher in new markets. The ideal candidate has prior team leadership in sports operations, strong presence in the gym, and a passion for community engagement, with availability for evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• 3+ years leading teams in restaurants, hospitality, retail, fitness, events or sports operations.
• Proven ownership of something recurring (weekly shift, location, program, or season).
• Presence in the gym and local sports scene; ability to welcome athletes and build rapport.

Responsibilities

• Lead floor crew of 10–15 people (up to 20 at peak) on game nights.
• Ensure on-time, on-brand games; manage scoresheets, reporting and disputes.
• Own athlete experience; respond to messages within 24–48 hours.
• Hit retention and growth targets; drive referrals and ambassador programs.
• Plan and run regular season, playoffs and all-star events in PlayerOne.
• Oversee staff timesheets and payroll; manage gym operations and safety.
