Job summary

Brodie Rec League in Seattle is seeking a League Manager to run a Brodie location end to end and to lead a floor crew on game nights. You will ensure games start on time, stay on brand, and meet the Brodie Standard across all touchpoints.

During the week you own payroll, scheduling, league health, captain communication, and outreach to fill the gym. You report to a District Manager and collaborate with a City Launcher to grow the league.

Qualifications

• 3+ years leading people in restaurants, hospitality, retail, fitness, events or sports operations.
• Proven ownership of a recurring shift, location, program or season.
• Warmth and presence to welcome athletes and build community in a gym setting.
• Real relationship with basketball and local community.
• Fully committed to a full-time role with evening/weekend availability.
• Local and on-site availability in Seattle area.

Responsibilities

• Lead your floor crew on game nights, scheduling 10–20 staff and redeploying as needed.
• Run game night to Brodie Standard: set gym, pre-game meeting, on-time starts, live streaming, and quick closeout.
• Own athlete experience by greeting captains, handling messages within 24 hours, and addressing issues within 48 hours.
• Hit retention and growth targets through outreach, referrals, and CRM logging.
• Plan and run the season: regular season, playoffs and all-star in PlayerOne; manage jerseys and bookings.
• Oversee admin such as payroll, timesheets and balances to ensure accuracy.
• Maintain weekly CRM updates and check-ins with District Manager; build scalable nightly processes.
