Job summary

Encore Global’s National College Leadership Program (NCLP) offers a five-month Manager in Training track for graduates to prepare for operations, production, or venue sales roles within our network of 2,100 venues.

Graduates from Fall 2026 or Spring 2027 are encouraged to apply. The program emphasizes leadership, customer service, mobility, rewards, and career development across live-event productions.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required; preference for Hospitality, Business/Management, Communications, Event Management, Theater, or related field.
• Excellent communication, listening, and presentation skills.
• Effective leadership abilities with a focus on customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Manage floor operations to achieve service excellence with focus on customer service and staff leadership.
• Guide customers through event experiences to meet goals and maximize revenue.
• Collaborate across operations or sales rotations during training.
