Job summary

Encore Global in Las Vegas invites graduates to join the National College Leadership Program (NCLP), a 5-month Manager in Training that rotations through Technical, Operations, and Sales. Trainees gain hands-on learning in venues and leadership exposure, with instructor-led sessions at the Chicago corporate office and access to Encore University academies.

Upon completion, participants are prepared for Operations Manager or Venue Sales Manager roles across our nationwide network.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required; hospitality/business/management or related field preferred.
• At least 1 year of related work experience; management/hospitality a plus.
• Strong communication and leadership potential.

Responsibilities

• Participate in Technical, Operations and Sales rotations.
• Assist in floor operations and customer service during training.
• Progress to Operations Manager or Sales Manager roles after program.
