Job summary

Encore Global is launching a National College Leadership Program (NCLP) designed for graduates aiming at operations management or sales leadership. The 5-month Manager in Training credential prepares trainees for immediate placement in a nationwide network of venues, including hotels, casinos, and conference centers.

Participants rotate through Technical, Operations and Sales tracks with hands-on venue experience and instructor-led courses at the Chicago corporate office.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required; preference for Hospitality, Business/Management, Communications, Event Management, Theater.
• At least 1 year of related work experience or internships; management/hospitality experience a plus.
• Strong interest in a management career with opportunity for advancement and promotion.
• Excellent communication, listening, and presentation skills.
• Effective leadership and customer-satisfaction focus.
• Technical aptitude through interest in new technology.
• Ability to work at a hotel location within major metro markets.
• Flexibility to relocate.

Responsibilities

• Participate in Technical, Operations and Sales rotations.
