Job summary

Encore is seeking candidates for the National College Leadership Program (NCLP) to start in July. The 5-month Manager in Training program prepares you for operations, production, or venue sales manager roles across our nationwide network of venues.

Open to graduates any time, with an emphasis on hospitality, business, or related fields. The program offers hands-on learning, focused development, and rapid placement upon completion in major markets across the U.S.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required; preference for Hospitality, Business/Management, Communications, Event Management, Theater or related field.
• At least 1 year of related professional work experience or internships; management/operations/hospitality experience is a plus.
• Strong interest in a management career with advancement opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Rotations across Technical, Operations and Sales lines of business.
• Hands-on learning in venues with field leaders.
• Instructor-led training at the corporate office in Chicago, IL.
• Certifications through ENCORE University academies – Leadership, Technical, Operations, Sales, and Service.
