Encore Global is launching the National College Leadership Program (NCLP) in the United States. Trainees will rotate through Technical, Operations, and Sales tracks, with hands-on learning in venues alongside field leaders.

Upon successful completion of the 5-month Manager in Training program, participants are prepared for placement as Operations Manager, Associate Producer, Director of Events, or Venue Sales Manager across a nationwide network.

Formación

• BA/BS degree in Hospitality, Business/Management, Communications, or related field.
• At least 1 year of related work experience; management/operations or hospitality a plus.
• Strong interest in a management career with opportunities for advancement.
• Excellent communication, listening, and presentation skills.
• Technical aptitude and interest in new technology.
• Willing to relocate to major metro markets.

Responsabilidades

• Support Operations Manager or Sales Manager rotations.
• Learn floor operations, customer service, staff leadership, and performance management.
• Complete trainings at Encore University and achieve certifications.
• Assist in hotel-location events and venue operations.
