Job summary

Encore Global offers the National College Leadership Program (NCLP), a 5-month Manager in Training that prepares you for operations, production, or venue sales management across our nationwide network of 2,100 venues.

Trainees rotate through Technical, Operations and Sales with hands-on learning in venues and instructor-led training at the Chicago corporate office; ENCORE University certifications are included.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required; hospitality, business/management or related field preferred.
• At least 1 year of related work experience; management/operations/hospitality a plus.
• Strong interest in a management career with advancement opportunities.
• Excellent communication, listening, and presentation skills.
• Leadership abilities with customer satisfaction focus.
• Technical aptitude and interest in new technology.
• Willingness to relocate to major metro markets.
• Ability to work at hotel locations in major markets.

Responsibilities

• Manage floor operations to achieve service excellence.
• Focus on customer service, staff leadership, performance management.
• Placement into operations, production or sales manager roles within the network.
