Job summary

Greenthumbindustries is seeking a Leader in Training to supervise daily dispensary operations, mentor team members, and optimize the customer journey. You will rotate through core functions to gain expertise and advance toward an Assistant General Manager role.

The position emphasizes delivering memorable in-store experiences, compliance with regulations, and driving omni-channel customer service across in-store, drive-thru, curbside, and delivery channels.

Qualifications

• At least three years of customer service or retail experience, with at least one year in a supervisory role.
• Cannabis experience preferred.
• Must pass any and all required background checks.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license or state ID.
• Must understand and comply with the rules, regulations, policies, and procedures of Green Thumb.

Responsibilities

• Oversee dispensary operations to ensure compliance with security, inventory, and local and state regulations.
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels, informing management of inventory action items.
• Oversee the intake and verification of deliveries, transfers, and inventory management, ensuring vault accuracy.
• Lead team members to effectively execute programs and regionalized in-store promotions.
• Demonstrate proper cash handling, including processing payments, discount application, and cash maintenance.
