Greenthumbindustries is seeking a Leader in Training to join its dispensary leadership team. You will rotate through key functions to gain expertise in operations, experience, and people, with a fast track to growth toward an Assistant General Manager role.

You will supervise daily operations, communicate priorities, and optimize the customer journey while promoting memorable in-store experiences across the team. This role requires a proactive mindset and strong leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of customer service or retail experience.
• Cannabis experience preferred.
• Inventory control experience preferred.
• Flexibility to work mornings, days, nights, and weekends.
• Must be 21 years or older and able to pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Oversee dispensary operations for compliance with security, inventory, and regulations.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with management on product assortment.
• Manage deliveries, transfers, and vault accuracy.
• Lead team members to execute programs and regional promotions.
• Assist in cash handling, payments, discounts, and cash reconciliation.
