Job summary

Green Thumb in Maryland seeks a Leader in Training to join the dispensary leadership team and help deliver memorable customer experiences. You will rotate through core functions supporting operations, experience, and people, gaining expertise on a fast track toward Assistant General Manager.

As a Leader in Training, you will supervise daily operations, communicate priorities to the team, and participate in Leader On Duty shifts to reinforce the customer journey and promotions across channels.

Qualifications

• At least three years of customer service or retail experience, with at least one year in a supervisory role.
• Cannabis experience preferred.
• Inventory control experience preferred.
• Meet scheduling and availability requirements (varying shifts incl. mornings, days, nights, weekends).

Responsibilities

• Support management in overseeing dispensary operations to ensure compliance with security, inventory, and regulations.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate actions with management.
• Oversee deliveries, transfers, and vault inventory accuracy.
• Lead team members to execute programs and regional in-store promotions.
• Demonstrate proper cash handling and payment processing.
