Job summary

Green Thumb is seeking a Leader in Training to join the dispensary leadership team in Kentucky. The role focuses on supervising daily operations, communicating priorities to staff, and optimizing the customer journey across in-store, drive-thru, curbside, and delivery channels.

This developmental step aims to grow you toward an Assistant General Manager role, with hands-on exposure to operations, experience, and people management.

Qualifications

• At least three years of customer service or retail experience, with at least one year in a supervisory role.
• Cannabis experience preferred
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Must pass any and all required background checks.
• Must possess a valid driver's license or state ID.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the execution of all dispensary operations to ensure compliance with security, inventory, and local and state regulations.
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels and communicate inventory actions to management.
• Oversee receipts, deliveries, transfers, and inventory accuracy within the vault.
• Lead team members to execute programs, initiatives, and in-store promotions.
• Handle payments, discount applications, and cash management, while supervising staff.
