Qualifications

• At least three years of customer service or retail experience with supervisory exposure.
• Must be 21 years or older and have reliable attendance.
• Cannabis industry experience preferred; ability to comply with state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee dispensary operations and ensure compliance with security and inventory controls.
• Lead, motivate and supervise team members to deliver memorable customer experiences.
• Coordinate deliveries, inventory, and promotions while maintaining the customer journey.
• Manage cash handling, payments, discounts, and accuracy across shifts.
