Qualifications

• Cannabis experience preferred.
• Inventory control experience preferred.
• Meet scheduling and availability requirements including mornings, days, nights, and weekends.
• Must pass background checks and be 21+.

Responsibilities

• Oversee dispensary operations to ensure compliance with security, inventory, and local/state regulations.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate inventory actions with management.
• Oversee the intake and verification of deliveries, transfers, and vault accuracy.
• Lead team members to execute programs and regionalized in-store promotions.
• Coach and onboard new team members and manage scheduling.
