Hertz Local Edition (HLE) is hiring a Manager Trainee to support location performance, develop leadership skills, and prepare for promotion to Branch Manager within 12-18 months. The role centers on local rental solutions outside airport hubs, with hands-on experiences in sales, operations, and fleet management.

The starting wage is $33,280 per year or $16.00 per hour, with opportunities to grow through structured training and leadership shadowing.

Qualifications

• Must be 20 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license.
• Strong computer and multitasking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and eager to grow.
• Exceptional time management skills.
• Flexible scheduling including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Presentable attire.
• Experience working in a professional environment.

Responsibilities

• Support location sales goals and deliver excellent customer experience.
• Learn and apply sales techniques and CRM best practices.
• Gain hands-on experience in fleet logistics and inventory control.
• Assist with store operations and compliance.
• Support team with miscellaneous vehicle and lot management tasks.
• Learn finance processes and support deal completion.
• Shadow and support management in daily operations and leadership development.
