Hertz Local Edition (HLE) is focused on delivering flexible, local rental solutions to customers outside airport hubs. We’re hiring a Manager Trainee to support location performance, develop leadership skills, and prepare for promotion to Branch Manager in as little as 12–18 months.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to learn all aspects of our business. The starting wage for this position is $17.00 per hour or $35,360/yr + Performance-based

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong customer service orientation and multitasking ability.
• Interest in leadership development and promotion to Branch Manager.
• Valid driver's license and ability to work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Support achievement of location sales goals.
• Deliver excellent customer experience to drive high service scores.
• Learn and apply sales techniques and CRM best practices.
• Assist with fleet management, logistics, and inventory control.
• Support store operations, compliance, and administrative tasks.
• Participate in leadership development and daily team coaching.
