This fast-paced role offers hands-on experience across sales, operations, fleet management, and administration, with structured training to grow into leadership.

Qualifications

• Must be 20 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Strong computer and multitasking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

• Exceptional time management skills.
• Flexible scheduling including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Sales & Customer Service – Support achievement of location sales goals and deliver excellent customer experience.
• Operations & Fleet Management – Gain hands-on experience in fleet logistics and inventory control, assist with store operations and compliance.
• Vehicle and Facility Care – Support team with cleaning, lot management, and customer service assistance.
• Finance & Administration – Learn finance processes and support deal completion, understand reporting and business metrics.
• Leadership Development – Shadow and support management, build skills in team leadership, scheduling, and performance coaching.
