Hertz Local Edition (HLE) is hiring a Manager Trainee to support location performance, develop leadership skills, and prepare for promotion to Branch Manager in 12-18 months. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to learn all aspects of our business.

The starting wage for this position is $17.00 per hour or $35,360/yr + Performance-based bonuses. Responsibilities include sales, customer service, operations, fleet management, finance, and leadership

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license.
• Strong computer and multitasking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and eager to grow.

• Flexible scheduling including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Support achievement of location sales goals and deliver excellent customer experience.
• Learn and apply sales techniques and CRM best practices.
• Gain hands-on experience in fleet logistics and inventory control.
• Assist with store operations and compliance.
• Support team with vehicle preparation, lot management, and customer service.
• Learn finance processes and support deal completion.
• Shadow and support management, building leadership skills.
