Hertz Local Edition (HLE) is focused on delivering flexible, local rental solutions to customers outside airport hubs. We are hiring a Manager Trainee to support location performance, develop leadership skills, and prepare for promotion to Branch Manager in 12–18 months.

The starting wage is $17.00 per hour or $35,360/yr plus performance-based bonuses. You’ll gain hands-on experience in fleet logistics, inventory control, and store operations while learning finance processes and reporting.

Qualifications

• Must be 20 years old or older.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Strong computer and multitasking skills.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and eager to grow.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Flexible scheduling including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in a professional setting.

Responsibilities

• Support achievement of location sales goals.
• Deliver excellent customer experience to drive service scores.
• Learn and apply sales techniques and CRM best practices.
• Operations and fleet management training.
