Hertz Local Edition (HLE) is hiring a Manager Trainee to support location performance, develop leadership skills, and prepare for promotion to Branch Manager in as little as 12–18 months. This hands-on role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to learn all aspects of our business.

The starting wage for this position is $37,440 per year or $18 per hour, with opportunities to advance as you gain experience and drive results for the team and customers.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong computer and multitasking abilities.
• Self-motivated, adaptable and eager to grow.
• Flexible scheduling including nights, weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Sales & Customer Service: support achievement of location sales goals and deliver excellent customer experience.
• Operations & Fleet Management: gain hands-on experience in fleet logistics and inventory control and assist with store operations.
• Vehicle and Facility Care: assist with cleaning, lot management and customer service support.
• Finance & Administration: learn finance processes and support deal completion and reporting.
