Job summary

Green Thumb Industries (GTI) is seeking a Leader in Training (LIT) for the Bethesda, MD area to help supervise daily dispensary operations and optimize the customer journey. Qualifications

• At least three years of customer service or retail experience, with at least one year in a supervisory role.
• Cannabis experience preferred
• Inventory control experience preferred
• Meet scheduling and availability requirements (varying shifts)
• Must pass background checks
• Must be 21 years or older
• Must possess a valid driver’s license or state ID
• Must understand and comply with Green Thumb policies and cannabis laws

Responsibilities

• Support management in overseeing the execution of all dispensary operations to ensure compliance with security, inventory, and regulations.
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels and communicate action items with management.
• Oversee intake and verification of deliveries, transfers, and inventory management in the vault.
• Lead team members to execute programs, initiatives, and in-store promotions.
• Demonstrate proper cash handling, processing payments, discount application, and cash maintenance.
