Qualifications

• At least three years of customer service or retail experience, with supervisory exposure.

Responsibilities

• Support management in overseeing all dispensary operations to ensure compliance with security, inventory, and regulations.
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels and communicate actions with management.
• Oversee intake and verification of deliveries, transfers, and inventory accuracy in the vault.
• Lead team members to execute programs and in-store promotions.
• Demonstrate proper cash handling, including processing payments and cash maintenance.
