Green Thumb in Minnesota seeks a Leader in Training (LIT) to join the retail leadership team. You will rotate through critical dispensary functions, overseeing daily operations and improving the customer journey.

As a developmental path to Assistant General Manager, you will gain subject-matter expertise while communicating priorities to staff and supporting regional promotions. Must be 21+, and cannabis experience is preferred.

Formación

• At least three years of customer service or retail experience, with at least one year in a supervisory role.
• Cannabis experience preferred
• Inventory control experience preferred
• Flexible scheduling including mornings, days, nights, and weekends
• Must pass background checks and be 21+
• Valid driver’s license or state ID

Responsabilidades

• Supervise dispensary operations to ensure security, inventory, and regulatory compliance.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate actions with management.
• Oversee deliveries, transfers, and vault accuracy.
• Lead team members to execute programs and in-store promotions.
• Demonstrate proper cash handling and reconcile payments.
• Participate in Leader On Duty shifts for supervision and recognition.
• Ensure seamless omni-channel customer experience across in-store, drive-thru, curbside & delivery.
• Support onboarding and training of new team members.
• Provide coaching to achieve performance expectations.
• Coordinate team member scheduling and coverage.
