Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in research or recruiting within technical executive search.
• 1 year of experience using LinkedIn Recruiter or similar sources for market mapping.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own search strategies for executive roles.
• Provide effective project management and consistent experiences for hiring managers and candidates.
• Partner with leadership recruiters to provide domain insights and advise executives.
• Build relationships with passive candidates for leadership opportunities.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of systems, services and processes.
