Job summary

Google in Chicago area is seeking an Executive Recruiting Researcher to identify leadership talent across technical functions. You will own the talent market for a business unit, using sourcing tools and relationship-building to match leaders with opportunities.

You will partner with leadership recruiters, deliver market insights, and drive searches with strong project management. The role emphasizes analytical thinking, learning, and stakeholder collaboration to fuel Google's leadership

Qualifications

3 years of experience in research or recruiting within technical executive search research at an executive search firm or in-house recruiting team.
1 year of experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, industry publications, or related sources for market mapping and talent identification.

Responsibilities

Develop and own search strategies and deliver research for executive searches across various technical functions.
Provide effective project management, driving searches forward and creating consistent experiences for hiring managers/clients, applicants and colleagues.
Partner with leadership recruiters and closely collaborate to provide domain and market insights and trends, and to advise executives on talent for their most exigent business needs.
Build relationships for the future with passive candidates and talent.
Contribute to continuous improvement and innovation in the efficiency and effectiveness of our systems, services, and processes.
