Job summary

The Executive Recruiting Team at Google is seeking an Executive Recruiting Researcher to identify and engage leadership talent who will help drive our innovative technologies. You will own the talent market for a business or function, using advanced sourcing methodologies to uncover and relate top leadership candidates to leadership opportunities.

You will manage searches with a data-driven, collaborative approach, building lasting candidate relationships and guiding strategic talent decisions

Qualifications

3 years of experience in research or recruiting within technical executive search research at an executive search firm or in-house recruiting team.
1 year of experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, industry publications, or related sources for market mapping and talent identification.

Responsibilities

Develop and own search strategies and deliver research against those strategies for executive searches across various technical functions (e.g., engineering, product management, research science etc.).
Provide effective project management, driving searches forward and creating consistent experiences for hiring managers/clients, applicants and colleagues.
Partner with leadership recruiters and closely collaborate to provide domain and market insights and trends, and to advise executives on talent for their most exigent business needs.
Build relationships for the future with passive candidates and talent.
Contribute to continuous improvement and innovation in the efficiency and effectiveness of our systems, services, and processes.
