Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in sourcing or equivalent experience in Sales, Customer Service, Account Management, or Operations.
• 1 year of sourcing experience at a recruitment agency or in-house recruiting team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own search strategies and deliver research for executive searches across non-technical and technical functions.
• Provide effective project management, managing searches forward and creating consistent experiences for hiring managers and clients.
• Partner with executive recruiters to provide domain and market insights and advise executives on talent needs.
• Build relationships for the future with passive candidates and talent.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of systems, services, and processes.
