Job summary

EasyA is seeking a Learning Specialist to develop leadership learning materials for a large corporate organisation. The role focuses on designing leadership capability uplift for leaders in high-change environments and supporting the design and planning of the learning solution.

The consultant will work flexibly in remote or hybrid arrangements and engage with stakeholders and external partners to deliver a Q2 pilot and the evaluation framework.

Qualifications

• Proficient in learning experience design and stakeholder engagement.
• Experience with designing leadership development solutions.
• Able to plan learner journeys and evaluation frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Translate problems, audience, and objectives into learning strategy and experience.
• Support audience segmentation, capability and learning-needs analysis.
• Design practical learning for leaders navigating ambiguity and change.
• Develop high-level solution design, learner journey and pilot approach.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Support project planning and progress toward a pilot.
