Job summary

LPA, Inc. seeks a Learning & Development Manager to establish and scale the firm’s L&D function across disciplines, roles, and locations. You’ll partner with leaders to translate needs into engaging programs, tools, and processes that drive employee growth.

As a learning designer and facilitator, you’ll design journeys, develop materials, and lead leadership development initiatives while embracing new technologies and a culture of continuous learning.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Learning & Development or related field, leading initiatives from concept to implementation.
• Experience managing multiple learning initiatives simultaneously across programs.
• Experience designing and delivering learning programs from needs assessment through evaluation.
• Experience building L&D programs, processes, or functions within an organization.
• Experience developing learning programs for diverse audiences, roles, and experience levels.
• Bachelor-level degree preferred; equivalent relevant experience considered.
• Experience implementing or managing learning management systems; Absorb is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead learning strategy and partnerships to establish LPA’s L&D function.
• Design, develop, and deliver L&D programs aligned with priorities and growth.
• Assess learning needs and identify appropriate solutions.
• Partner with leaders and SMEs to define outcomes and needs.
• Serve as a trusted learning partner to leaders and teams.
• Manage multiple initiatives from planning through implementation.
• Develop leadership and manager development programs and resources.
• Collaborate with HR and Talent Acquisition to connect learning with onboarding and development.
