Qualifications

• 5+ years in Learning and Development in a global, multi-site environment
• Deep understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design models
• Expertise in change management, content strategy, and learning measurement
• Strong background in leadership and business content skill development
• Excellent relationship management and communication across a global, matrixed organization
• Ability to manage content lifecycle and governance in complex environments
• Experience with administration of courses and data in an LMS
• Proven hands-on execution with measurable business impact
• Proficiency with learning content development tools (Articulate Storyline, Camtasia, Vyond)
• Data skills in Excel/Google Sheets to show impact and trends
• Ability to collaborate with leaders to create/update knowledge articles

Responsibilities

• Lead learning architecture, instructional design, and content delivery across programs
• Oversee content lifecycle governance and ensure assets meet standards
• Drive organizational change management to achieve high adoption of new skills and processes
• Consult with leaders to diagnose performance gaps and design targeted interventions
• Build dashboards and reports to track learner engagement and ROI
• Manage vendor relationships and third-party learning providers
• Stay current with learning technologies and evaluate new tools with Workday Learning integration
