EasyLlama Inc. is seeking a skilled instructional designer to design and build our leadership training catalog, turning complex management topics into clear, practical courses. You will quickly learn new subjects and produce engaging content suitable for LMS delivery, with an emphasis on AI-powered workflows to accelerate quality.

You will collaborate on research, outlines, QA, and maintain a consistent voice across a growing library while working remotely from anywhere in the United States.

Qualifications

Demonstrated experience independently creating training content across varied subject areas.
Proven ability to turn complex or unfamiliar concepts into engaging digital training in an LMS or e-learning format.
Experience with AI-powered course authoring tools such as Articulate Rise and generative AI tools like Claude, ChatGPT, or Gemini.

Responsibilities

Research, outline, develop, and QA courses across a range of topics, starting with leadership content.
Write clear, engaging, learner-centered course content grounded in credible research and established best practices.
Maintain a consistent voice and structure across a large, multi-course library.
