The Workforce Solutions (WS) Learning Content and Organizational Change Consultant brings thought leadership, innovation, and strategy to the architecture, development, measurement, and change management of L&OD at Equifax, in order to achieve our purpose of helping people live their financial best. The Content & Change Consultant drives the growth of WS talent by designing, measuring, and change-managing organizational development programs and content ecosystems across the business. The Learning Content & Organizational Change Consultant works closely with Global Talent Management, HRBPs, and business leaders to ensure Development efforts optimize business results through effective content governance and strategic change adoption throughout the employee life cycle
Conduct comprehensive needs analyses to identify skill gaps and learning priorities.
Design and develop comprehensive learning content architectures, including instructional text, eLearning modules, blended learning structures, and microlearning resources that prioritize learner experience and content that is easy for internal clients to find and use in their learning journeys.
Lead the development and implementation of learning strategies aligned with business objectives and talent development needs.
Occasional facilitation and delivery of key learning experiences, such as New Hire Orientation (estimated 10-15% of the role). While this is not the primary focus, the role requires a candidate who is comfortable and confident in facilitation of occasional live or virtual facilitation opportunities.
Oversee the content lifecycle and governance, ensuring all learning assets are accurate, updated, and aligned with organizational standards.
Lead organizational change management initiatives to ensure high adoption of new skills, tools, and processes across diverse business units.
Collaborate with business leaders to develop workflow processes for the creation, update, and maintenance of knowledge articles and resources.
Consult with business leaders and HR partners to diagnose root causes of performance issues and recommend targeted learning interventions that drive measurable business results.
Collaborate with members of the WS Talent Management Team and Global Learning Community for upskilling and dissemination of best practices.
Build and manage dashboards and reports to track learner engagement, content efficacy, and return on investment (ROI), providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
Continuously challenge the status quo to ensure ongoing enhancements to existing programs and ways of working.
Oversight of third-party learning vendor management, including vendor selection, contract governance, relationship building, and ongoing performance monitoring to ensure high-quality delivery and alignment with organizational objectives.
Stay abreast of emerging learning technologies and trends, bringing best practices in-house.
Partner with Workday SMEs to evaluate and recommend new learning technologies and tools to enhance the learning experience and drive innovation.
