ALDI USA is offering a District Manager Internship in New York. You’ll see our stores from the inside and work hands‑on with district managers running multi‑million‑dollar businesses. The program is full-time, 40 hours per week, for 10 weeks this summer, with a wage of $28.00 per hour plus overtime eligibility.

Successful completion may lead to a full-time opportunity after graduation. This internship provides real-world experience within America’s fastest growing grocery retailer.

Qualifications

• In current pursuit of Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field.

Responsibilities

• Shadows a store manager and/or manager trainee to learn the fundamental aspects of store operations.
• Prepare a presentation and a report on an operational area to be presented to ALDI executives.
• Learn the Customer Satisfaction Pyramid during customer walks and store tours.
• Assist trainer with payroll, sales book, memo verification and invoices, including interviews and orientations.
• Assist with inventory and participate in a store reset and a grand opening if possible.
• Create excellent store conditions and improve store associate performance and stock efficiency.
