Job summary

ALDI USA is offering a District Manager Internship designed to provide hands-on experience in running multi-million dollar stores. You will shadow managers, complete operational tasks, and participate in store tours, with potential for a full-time opportunity after graduation.

Roles span several Northeast states, with a 40-hour work week for 10 weeks and compensation at $28.00 per hour plus overtime eligibility. Education in progress toward a business degree is required.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field.

Responsibilities

• Shadow a store manager and learn store operations and prepare presentations/reports.
• Assist with payroll, invoices, and interviews/orientations.
• Support inventory, store resets, and grand openings when possible.
• Develop store conditions and improve associate performance and stock efficiency.
• Attend trainings and meetings as appropriate.
