Qualifications

• Three+ years of customer service or retail experience, with at least one year in a supervisory role.
• Cannabis experience preferred
• Inventory control experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Supervise dispensary operations and communicate priorities to team members.
• Oversee delivery intake, transfers, and inventory accuracy in the vault.
• Lead omni-channel customer experiences across in-store, drive-thru, curbside & delivery.
• Support and coach team members to meet Loyalty goals and sales targets.
