Job summary

RISE Dispensary in Las Vegas is seeking a Leader in Training to join its store leadership team. You will rotate through critical dispensary functions, supervise daily operations, and communicate priorities to teammates to optimize the customer experience.

This role provides a fast-track to growth toward becoming Assistant General Manager, with exposure to operations, experience, and people management, while supporting in-store promotions and ensuring compliance.

Qualifications

• At least three years of customer service or retail experience, with at least one year in a supervisory role.
• Cannabis experience preferred
• Inventory control experience preferred
• Must be available for varying shifts including mornings, days, nights, and weekends
• Must pass background checks and have valid ID/driver's license

Responsibilities

• Support management in overseeing the execution of all dispensary operations to ensure compliance with security, inventory, and local and state regulations.
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels, communicating inventory action items with management.
• Oversee the intake and verification of deliveries, transfers, and inventory management, ensuring accuracy within the vault.
• Actively participate in leading team members to effectively execute programs, initiatives, and regionalized in-store promotions.
• Demonstrate proper cash handling, including accurately processing payments, discount application, and cash maintenance, and oversee team member execution.
