Job summary

Green Thumb Industries is seeking a Leader in Training to join the RISE Dispensary leadership team. The LIT will rotate through key dispensary functions, supervise daily operations, and help optimize the customer journey.

This role offers fast-track growth toward becoming Assistant General Manager within a dynamic cannabis retail environment. The LIT will participate in supervising, coaching staff, and ensuring compliant operations across all store functions, including in-store and omni-channel

Qualifications

• At least three years of customer service or retail experience, with at least one year in a supervisory role.
• Cannabis experience preferred
• Inventory control experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Supervise dispensary operations and ensure compliance with security, inventory, and state regulations.
• Oversee inventory levels, deliveries, transfers, and vault accuracy.
• Lead in-store programs, promotions, and the customer journey.
• Coach and onboard team members; manage scheduling and coverage.
